Steve Black is a partner at Hansen Black Anderson Ashcraft PLLC where he specializes in corporate law, tax law, business and real estate transactions, asset protection and estate planning. Steve has represented Fortune 500 companies, software companies, investors, borrowers, developers and financial institutions. He is also a certified public account licensed in Texas. Steve’s diverse experience in business, finance and real estate lends valuable perspective to the estate planning services he provides his clients. In addition to his law degree, Steve holds a master’s of accountancy degree from the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University.
